Annual Service

Is your vacuum leaving dirt on the carpet? Does it smell like it's burning when you vacuum? Does the air seem dirty or dusty when you finish? Then you need to have your vacuum serviced.

Just like a car which needs a regular oil change and tune-up to keep it in tip-top shape, a vacuum cleaner needs regular maintenance so that it can do its best job for your home. We have an Annual Service that will restore your vacuum's cleaning performance.

This Annual Service includes the following:

> Bag and belt are replaced (specialty belts, such as geared and V-belts are an extra charge)

> If accessible, motor and fan are inspected and cleaned

> Electrical connections, cord, and plug are inspected

> Brushroll, endcaps, and bearings are inspected—thread and lint are removed

> Wheels are inspected to ensure that they turn freely

> Any internal obstructions are identified and removed

> All hoses are inspected for cracks and breaks

> External housing and bag cover are cleaned

Repairs

If your vacuum needs repairs, we can also help. We keep many parts in stock and are able to obtain specialized parts quickly.

Service and repairs are available for most vacuum cleaners including Kirby, Oreck, Dyson, Filter Queen, Rainbow, Kenmore, Electrolux, Hoover, Dirt Devil, Royal, Sanitaire, Simplicity, Riccar, and many others.

Warranty

We also provide warranty service for the following brands:

Royal, Dirt Devil, Sanitaire, Eureka, Dyson, Riccar.

We will take care of ordering parts and replacing them for you at no cost to you (per the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty agreements and warranty service programs).
