From Charlotte or Matthews via Independence Blvd
Take Independence Blvd. East toward Monroe (road name will change to Route 74 East). Once you cross over I-485, go to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Indian Trail Rd N (Walgreen’s will be on right hand corner). Then proceed 1 ½ miles and turn right into the Union Festival Shopping Center (at the corner of Old Monroe Rd.).
From Matthews via Monroe Road/John Street
Take Monroe Rd into downtown Matthews. Stay straight and road name changes to John St. Continue straight going under the I-485 overpass. From that point, go 3 miles to the 2nd traffic light (road name will change to Old Monroe Rd. as you enter the town of Stallings in Union County). At that 2nd light turn left into the Union Festival Shopping Center.
From Monroe via Route 74
Take Route 74 West into Indian Trail to the first traffic light past Wal-Mart and turn left onto Indian Trail Rd N (street sign on the right side of that corner on Rt. 74 shows Indian Trail-Fairview Rd.) going between the Shell gas station and Walgreen’s. Proceed 1 ½ miles and turn right into the Union Festival Shopping Center (at the corner of Old Monroe Rd.).
From Monroe via Old Charlotte Hwy
Take Old Charlotte Hwy through the Sun Valley area of Indian Trail (road name changes to Old Monroe Rd.) until you reach the traffic light at the intersection of Indian Trail Rd S. Turn right into the Union Festival Shopping Center at that corner.
From West Charlotte, Ballantyne, Pineville, Indian Land SC via I-485 Outer Loop
Enter I-485 South or East (outer loop). Take exit 52 (Matthews exit) and turn right at the end of the ramp onto John St. From that point, go 3 miles to the 2nd traffic light (road name will change to Old Monroe Rd. as you enter the town of Stallings in Union County). At that 2nd light turn left into the Union Festival Shopping Center.
From East Charlotte, Concord, Mint Hill via I-485 Inner Loop
Enter I-485 South or West (inner loop) and exit onto Route 74 East towards Monroe. Go to the 2nd traffic light and turn right onto Indian Trail Rd N (Walgreen’s will be on right hand corner). Then proceed 1 ½ miles and turn right into the Union Festival Shopping Center (at the corner of Old Monroe Rd.).
